or years now conspiracies about the origins of the pyramids have been shared among the world’s population, so many that a lot of people actually started to believe in them. I don’t say that in some cases conspiracies aren’t true as presented in my work, but when it comes to how the pyramids from Egypt were built it all comes down to elbow grease from slaves.
I am astonished to see renowned historians believing in these conspiracies and this only approves my theory of historical bias and misinformation created as well as supported by influential characters from the history department. I don’t need to give any names, the History channel showcases most of them every evening.
Some of these people that create such conspiracies and support them have not even thought for a second about how offensive these ideologies are to Egyptians. Through such conspiracies, they are indirectly saying that Ancient Egyptian culture is all a lie so, in other words, their beliefs are a lie. Egyptians never took it at heart to publicly speak about this matter until now.
Rise of the Pyramids
The three most famous pyramids from Giza and their elaborate burial complexes are said to have been built around 2550 to 2490 B.C. The leaders of this big project were Pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. Everyone’s big question that makes them turn to conspiracies is how were those people able to lift stones that weighed between 2.5 to 15 tons.
The answer is very simple, about 36,000 slaves have worked to death to create these pyramids. It may be impossible for one person to lift a stone weighing 15 tons, but for 200 people it isn’t. It is estimated that this army of workers took around 30 years to finish all the pyramids which seems like a very realistic time frame.
The proof of the existence of those workers is from their graves. There are a bunch of graves one kilometer west of the pyramids that were specific for workers that had died from construction accidents or mostly from exhaustion.
The graves of the workers that have died from exhaustion during the building of the pyramids have been discovered in 2010 and from the analysis, they also seem to date back around 4000 years ago. This is the hard proof and the only proof that people need to see in order to understand that all conspiracies about the creation of the pyramid are false and they are just there for the History channel to make millions from gullible watchers.
Combating Misinformation
Nevertheless, as I am not very well known as those who share misinformation maybe you don’t have much of a reason to trust me, but I know the person you can trust who raises the same argument. However, before that, I want to show you what made some famous Egyptians talk about this.
This was a tweet from Elon Musk that stated he supports the conspiracies about how the pyramids were built. This did not only make a lot more people believe in these conspiracies but really angered some Egyptian communities.
However, the Minister of International Cooperation in Egypt named Dr. Rania Al Mashat gave Elon the only response that needs to be given to such statements and that is the truth.
It is nice to see Egyptians finally speak in public about this issue and since this tweet, there have been many other Egyptians such as renowned Egyptologist Dr. Zahi Hawass who is fighting to combat such conspiracies. Sometimes I don’t understand our society and I imagine them wearing horse blinders that can only see what is in front of them without opening their minds to other possibilities.
Look at all perspectives before coming to a conclusion about something and don’t just focus on the opinion of one person because they’re famous or influential. It is not about what you believe, it is about what can be proven.
